A Syntax Solution Specialist will spend a half day with you to examine your

company’s use of JD Edwards. Upon completion of the analysis we will report

our findings and suggestions in the following areas:

 

• Determine if users have an acceptable level of application knowledge and are cognisant of function and feature that may increase efficiency and satisfaction

 

• Review processing of key business transactions to ensure that the customer is using the software in its most effective manner

 

• Determine if all modules purchased, are being used

 

• Identify any areas of weakness where training or system modification could substantially improve the effectiveness of the software in the customer’s environment

 

• Identify if any additional modules and/or software upgrades could be installed to assist or improve business operations

 

• Review any specific business transaction or function, requested by the customer, to evaluate adherence to policy, procedure or audit control
